We take every care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and ingredient information on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are entirely error-free. Product packaging and formulations may occasionally vary slightly from images shown.
All hair colour and beauty products are intended for external use only. Please read all product instructions and safety information before use. Perform a patch test at least 48 hours before full application, particularly for colour products.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product details at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices on yardlie.uk are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
PayPal
Other payment methods as displayed at checkout
Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order. We use secure, encrypted payment processing and do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Orders & Contract
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
Pricing errors on the website
Suspected fraudulent activity
Products being out of stock
Incorrect customer information provided
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery times within the UK are 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, Royal Mail, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refunds policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty or not as described.

8. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer in the UK, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email to support@yardlie.uk) within the 14-day cancellation period. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days. We will issue a full refund, excluding return postage costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
This right does not apply to opened personal care or hygiene products.

All content on www.yardlie.uk — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and branding — is the property of Yardlie UK and is protected by UK copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
