What Is Shipping and Delivery Time?
All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday. For deliveries within Pakistan, estimated shipping time is 3 to 5 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation details.

What Is Your Return Policy, and How Do I Return Something?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
To process a return:

- Share your order details and reason for return
- Once approved, return the item in its original condition and packaging
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may apply
- Products must be unused and in resellable condition
How Do I Cancel an Order?

Orders are usually processed quickly, so cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
What If My Products Arrive Damaged?

- Photos of the damaged package/product
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or suitable solution as quickly as possible.
